Kim Smith Featurette

Writing an article such as this should be pretty easy. It differs from when I am writing for the other channels in one important way. When I am writing for them, I have to actually kid myself that people are going to read it. When it comes to features such as this though, no such delusion is required.

For the few of you who for some reason decide to glance at the text though I suppose I should offer some kind of background information. It also started back when I was on Erica Durance Forums and ended up getting linked to another site. I then started checking out the various links from that site.



One of which led me to a site about Kim Smith. Who? At this point I was in the dark. Apparently she is a model and for some reason they don't seem to cross the international divide too well. For example the winner of FHM's 100 sexiest women in the UK was Kelly Brook. Has anyone in the US even heard of her?



So anyway I started exploring and seeing what I could find out. I ran a search through IMDb and found no less than ten people called Kim Smith. She turned out to be the 7thwith an extensive biography of three films ;). Better than nothing though.



She has done well in Maxim's ranking too scoring 3rd in 2000, 11th in 2001 and 28th in 2002. That's an impressive record considering she isn't riding some huge popularity buzz. That is more of an attack on the bias in these survey results than anything to do with this feature though ;). Kim did it the old fashioned way - by being hot.



Another interesting fact I found out while researching was that Stuff Magazine produces a 102 sexiest women in the world which is quite amusing. I love Stuff magazine - they pretend it's about technology :P.
